“This was our second time staying at Ryker's. We love the proximity to our 94yr old Grandmother. Ryker's place is a perfect landing spot for our families coming together. The pool was perfect. Spacious and cozy bedrooms. Great open kitchen and dining area for gathering. Love having the garage access to keep entry/exiting simple.”

“Great Airbnb. Super private. Great layout and decor. Only downside is that it's far from gas, food, grocery etc. amazing views, great hosts. Would return but would bring more food and drinks on the first drive out. Limited cell service so get your Google maps going before heading out of placerville.”

“Ryker was incredibly responsive to all my inquiries. The property is easy to find and walkable to some local businesses very spacious interior with cute decor and color. Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds! I use white noise at night but my friend doesn't and she said it was very quiet. Check in and check out we're not flexible for us but that did not negatively impact our trip. Only suggestion for improvement would be cleanliness - floors and towels could use a little extra TLC.”

“This is a great house with the perfect backyard with a pool, hot tub, tables and a fire pit. My family and I stayed there during a recent trip to Coloma for white water rafting and while its about 25 mins to the river, having the pool and hot tub to come back to made it worth it. The town of Placerville is cute with local restaurants (and a Mels) and there is a shopping center right off the freeway that has everything else you might need (Safeway, Target, various quick-food restaurants). We will definitely stay there again when we return for more river rafting!”
