Book NowThe house is big and yet still very cozy. Not far to the lake or to Stateline in Nevada. Ryker was very responsive every step along the way. If I was back in the area I wouldn’t look anywhere else to stay

This house has that cabin feel with a little bit of modern splashes. Beautiful sky windows and natural lighting. Very clean and taken care of. Everything listed was provided and more. The hosts are amazing and so responsive. Very easy to work with. My family loved the home. I travelled with my husband and kids and 2 other families.l— A great home for groups. Grocery store is nearby and the closest beach we chose was like 10-15 minutes. Very beautiful neighborhood. Definitely recommend !

I can’t thank Ryker and Mohsin enough. Two of the most attentive, incredibly kind hosts Air B&B has, I have stayed at two different homes hosted by these gentlemen, and I feel so overwhelmed with gratitude for their gorgeous homes they manage. My family and I are in the process of purchasing our new home, and they have made this stressful situation very easy by letting us stay in their homes. We feel right at home, this Carmichael home is absolutely stunning and peaceful and the backyard, WOW 🤩 words can’t describe the peaceful quiet yard. The smell of all the gorgeous flowers is so lovely. The kitchen is amazing, beds are so comfortable, we just had the most amazing weekend ever, thank you!

A great place. You can tell a lot of thoughts and experience has gone to put this place together. All the room were well sized and had plenty amenities to offer. The kids loved the back yard. I would like to offer one suggestion to put less show pieces. Big places like this usually has kids and the stuff needs to be put away for safe keeping. But can’t complain about the place.

"Amazing place overall. Right by the highways and it was just overall one of the better trips of my year so far and will be hard to top. I’m thinking about moving to Arizona just cause of how nice my stay was. Very friendly, responsive, and welcoming. No reason this place shouldn’t stay booked 5/5!!!"
